I first met Mauricio towards the end of 2018 when I took over my mothers business. I was in desperate need for funding which had proven difficult because of the... read more business credit history, which no one had stayed on top of. The business had a loan that charged daily and ate up all our cash flow which made it difficult to meet the business needs. It was always a stressful game of what was our next move at the end of the week. I was looking for a loan that would not cost me an organ or sacrificing a couple of virgins but the 'consultant' my mother had prior said these type of loans were the only thing the business qualified for and I had to pay a company over 5k to clean up the business credit history and that still would not guarantee a good history. My google searches and calls to many other lenders led me to Mint Financial. When I told Mauricio my story he found me a loan that would charge weekly and give me the funding that I required to keep our doors open. But he did not leave it at that. He said that his ultimate goal was to get our business a SBA loan so the company would no longer have to pay 17k plus interest in fees alone and we made a plan. Because of the type of business we have, clients pay 60 to 90 days out from the date of a project ending which led me to get another loan but at least I had more cash flow and we were no longer in that sense of desperation of not knowing what to do next. The plan this time was to transition out of these high fee loans to a SBA loan which after year we were able to do. It was not easy but Mauricio went above and beyond by always answering my, calls, texts and emails even when I was just calling to vent and keeping me posted daily on the status of loans, underwriter questions, etc. Mauricio never left anything for tomorrow. He called and argued with lenders and underwriters on our behalf and always kept me posted on their responses. When we applied for the SBA loan, Mauricio turned in to a therapist/ investigator/ consultant (when SBA looked in to the business credit history all UCC filings were listed and there were many that have not been terminated we had to investigate who those lenders were and call all those previous lenders to ask for a termination letter) and we were finally able to clear the whole business credit and qualify for a SBA loan, something that I thought would never happen. Thanks to Mauricio I did not have to give up any organs and was able to move our company towards growth not just patching up leaks. He was even able to get me the EIDL loan 2 months after receiving funding for SBA loan (one month before the pandemic) which has allowed us to grow despite the pandemic. I highly recommend working with Mauricio.
